Investment Terms
Platform Role
70X7 provides a technology platform for eligible users to review product funding opportunities, submit investment commitments, complete verification, sign transaction documents, and complete funding steps. 70X7 is not acting as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser unless raise-specific disclosures state otherwise.
Eligibility
By using the investment platform, each user represents that they have legal capacity, provided accurate identity and funding information, are authorized to act for any entity they represent, and will comply with applicable securities, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, tax, and payment rules.
Raise Materials
Raise materials may include summaries, financial models, issuer information, media, risk disclosures, subscription documents, and supporting materials. They may contain forward-looking statements, assumptions, estimates, and third-party information.
Commitments
An investment commitment is not complete unless all required steps are satisfied, including legal acceptance, compliance checks, document signing, payment completion, and issuer or administrator approval. 70X7 or the issuer may reject, cancel, reduce, or delay a commitment when required.
Electronic Records and Signatures
Users consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, tax forms, and transaction records electronically and to sign transaction documents electronically through 70X7 or its e-signature provider.
No Investment Advice
70X7 may provide product descriptions, risk disclosures, administrative workflows, and operational support. No platform content recommends that any user invest in any raise or determines whether an investment is suitable.

The platform is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 70X7 disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, investment-loss, market-loss, or lost-opportunity damages arising from platform use.
