Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 70x7.ai, the 70X7 console, and related services operated by 70X7 Venture Studio ("70X7", "we", "us") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Parts of the Services are available only to people we invite. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at mike@70x7.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or end access at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, accessing data or systems you are not authorized to access, interfering with the Services' operation or security, or reverse engineering them except where the law allows.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant 70X7 a license to host, use, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Services and to work on the companies and projects you are involved with.

You confirm you have the rights needed to share the content you submit.

The Services, including software, designs, text, and trademarks, belong to 70X7 or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them other than the limited right to use the Services as allowed here.

Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering is made only through its own offering documents and only where permitted by law. Information on the Services is not investment, legal, or tax advice.

The Services may connect to services run by others, such as Google, GitHub, or Vercel. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 70X7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify 70X7 against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
